Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher / Faculty to deliver engaging lessons and help students improve their English language skills. The candidate will be responsible for teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and spoken English, while creating an interactive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver English lessons based on curriculum requirements.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Conduct classroom activities to improve speaking and writing skills.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans and study materials.
- Encourage student participation and maintain classroom discipline.
- Provide personalized guidance to students for improvement.
- Track student progress and report to management/parents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
- Classroom management and student engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or related field.
- B.Ed. or teaching certification (preferred).
- Prior teaching or training experience.
- Experience in spoken English or competitive exam training (added advantage).
