Branch Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with banking/organizational policies, and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves managing staff, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth at the branch level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Supervise and guide branch staff to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Monitor transactions, cash handling, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalations.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning.
  • Prepare and review operational reports and MIS.
  • Support sales team in achieving branch targets.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of branch operations and banking processes.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of compliance, KYC, and audit procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Com, MBA, or related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • Experience in branch operations or similar managerial roles.
