Job Overview:
We are looking for a target-driven CASA Personal Banker to acquire and manage Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers. The role involves building relationships, increasing deposits, and promoting banking products to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Promote banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed deposits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and deposit targets.
- Cross-sell other banking products (loans, insurance, etc.).
- Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer database.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of basic banking processes and KYC norms.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a field environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office tools like Microsoft Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA preferred).
- Experience in banking sales or financial services.
