Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with banking/organizational policies, and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves managing staff, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth at the branch level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Supervise and guide branch staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor transactions, cash handling, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalations.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning.
- Prepare and review operational reports and MIS.
- Support sales team in achieving branch targets.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of branch operations and banking processes.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of compliance, KYC, and audit procedures.
